Directions to RMc4 Baseball Camp: Leroy Dreyer Baseball Field - Blinn College, Brenham, Texas (Corner of College Avenue + Old Mill Creek Road) ALL 2020-2021 camps due to COVID-19 will be held at Hohlt Park on Schulte Field, instead of Leroy Dreyer Field: Hohlt Park on Schulte Field 2425 North Park Street (Hwy 36 N) Brenham, Texas 77833 Turn on Lounge Road off Hwy 36 N, 2nd Field on Left Camp Check-In: Information + Check In Table opens 15 minutes before camp begins What to Bring: Players should bring a bat, helmet, glove, drink, and your own snack if needed. Be sure to clearly label ALL of your player's equipment and items with their first and last name. NO WATER WILL BE PROVIDED AT THE CAMP DUE TO COVID-19. Forms and Payments: We must receive payment no later than 2 days before the scheduled camp. If you miss the deadline, please email RMc4Baseball@yahoo.com to make arrangements. NO WALK UPS! The waiver form must be turned in before your child can go onto the Leroy Dreyer Field and participate in the camp... NO EXCEPTIONS! Payment Policy: A $30 fee will be issued on all returned checks. There will be a 3% fee on credit card charges. Camp Cancellation Policy: For a full refund, cancellation must be made 48 hours prior to camp. Anything after the 48 hour period, a 50% penalty will be applied to the refund amount. No refunds will be issued 24 hours before the camp. A $25 Administrative Fee + any Credit Card Fees will also be deducted from your refund. Please allow 10 days for a refund. Camp Rain Out Policy: No Rain Out/Bad Weather Refund - We have an Indoor Facility that will be used in case of weather. Tournament Rules:
Payment Policy: A $30 fee will be issued on all returned checks. There will be a 3% fee on credit card charges. Tournament Cancellation Policy: For full refund cancellation must be made at least 10 days prior to start of tournament. A $100 Administrative Fee and any Credit Card Fees will be deducted from your refund. Anything between the 10 days up to 48 hours before period , a 50% penalty will be applied to the refund amount. In addition, a $100 Administrative Fee and any Credit Cards Fees will also be deducted from the refund amount. A REFUND will NOT be issued within 48 hours of the Tournament. Tournament Rain Delay/Out Policy: 1 game completed = 75% refund in registration fees (not including any late, credit card fees and a $25 Administrative Fee). 2 games completed = 50% refund in registration fees (not including any late fees paid, credit card fees and a $25 Administrative Fee). A game started is a game completed if rain occurs. There will be NO REFUNDS after the start of each team's third game. We will try and reschedule games with available field space if possible.
